Love it when you do the recommended PR events! 1st time I’ve completed one with same upgrades as you! I’m getting better! Funny thing happened to me on segment 4 of the last stage. Chip rear ended me going into parabolica on the final lap! Surprised the hell out of me, because he was 100 yards back. I blocked him aggressively and won with him right on my tail.

Results of my R$ upgrades right away experiment: Event was quite easy for me, probably my easiest new recommended PR event aside from the 720S GT3. My hardest was 7.4, and as my luck goes, my recording didn't register on that one, so I'll have to figure out a solution for that. But I feel if it wasn't for having to upgrade for the speed goal on 6.4, I could've done it with R$ upgrades. One of my viewers let me know they were able to do 6.4 with the Tier 3 body instead of the drivetrain. I also know SMR was able to go without the suspension and brake upgrades, which I likely wouldn't be able to as I like grip and brake upgrades.
It was an interesting event. I didn’t find the bots where ever a problem. In fact I found them unusually slow for the type of cars they were driving. Like in stage 7 those Regera’s should’ve been way faster, which means the bots were still pretty easy. With 6.4 the only problem was the car having enough speed and grip to make that last corner and then hit the start finish line with enough speed the 1st time. So for that’s stage the difficulty scale didn’t even come into play since that can’t affect how our car actually handles. Will need another event to put your theory to the test. It does make a lot of sense and I think it will work. When the Brabham event first ran I did the first two days really flat out crazy just to see if the bots got difficult. Then they did get difficult! I had to bring my car up to minimum PR so that I could slow the bots down again. That actually did work. For a while there a few of us RUclipsrs were trying to get cars with no upgrades at all. That’s one reason why I don’t like adding R$ upgrades right at the start. However if you’re good enough to earn a car with no upgrades at all, you’re also good enough to have a decent amount of R$ at your disposal. No upgrade cars are super rare nowadays and even when they are available it’s only possible for about the top 1% of drivers. I sometimes wonder if I would better serve the viewing public but not pushing it so far. I’ll keep thinking about it. Anyhow, I really appreciate you including me in your theory and for the conversation. Let me know how it works for you in the future. I don’t remember if you are on iOS or Android. If you are on iOS then a really good screen recording app is called “Record It!” It might also be available on Android. I paid a very small one time fee for the full pro version. I’ve never lost a recording yet and never even lost audio which just happened to me with others. I believe with Android there’s another problem that only lets you record 15 minute videos at a time. I remember I would have to keep track of my video length and stop and start and patch things together later. Anyhow, I thought I would share that tip that worked for me. Thanks again! 😎👍

I emphasized it more than usual this time round due to this car having 12 R$ upgrades rather than the normal 7. This did mean I was overupgraded for the Bolide event, but otherwise it works decently over here. I do know my recording didn't save because I had too much on my disk space. I'm iOS and am typically fine aside from the occasional lag spike, which most times isn't an issue. These last two weeks, I've been quite busy and that has caused me to lose track of how much storage I had left, and I apparently hit my limit. In the future I'll try to keep better track of that. I did record 7.5 and try to replicate somewhat tactics I used in 7.4 to make up for it.
I literally did grind for 4hours to complete stage 7- 2nd last level 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺now i am very happy to complete this event because i had already lost hope as i was giving my last try to this event 🥺🥺🥺and not to forget you give useful tips 💙💙💙💙
Got it done at the same level of upgrade too, maybe can give 3311222 a go at 6.4 but the lengthy upgrade time make things a bit risky - can't complain when we get this car for 145 golds anyway
I skipped some of the tasks but the match race against Chip in the Regera drove me up the fogging wall. One time I had gotten a nice lead and the last turn I just couldn't keep it on the line and went off track.
I failed the original race at stage 5.4 with the avg speed past the finish line and my Ferrari has a 81.1 PR when I failed and lost it. I don't remember what sections I upgraded higher on but when it returns as a Flashback next update, I should hopefully actually finish the event this time without upgrading too much more and spending less gold then upgrading from scratch. I will find out how much I learned to race better after 2 years
You don't need to bot manage. I was running as fast as I could the whole event and Chip was 5:47 in the second last race a second slower than yours.(same upgrades) It might have been true to bot manage years ago but not now.
That’s interesting. I appreciate the feedback! I’ll have to find a way to do a test that’s reversible. Last time I tested this was in the Brabham event just over two years ago. I drove flat out and was in trouble pretty early when the event hit Mount panorama. I checked other peoples videos and my bots were a lot faster. I had to buy enough upgrades to meet PR and then I was able to slow down the bots again. It made a massive difference. If we can just go as fast as we want without consequence that would be great but that doesn’t match even with the current programming in the game. I checked several other RUclips videos of stage seven and most people were bot slowing and their chip had times that were within a second of mine and yours (give or take). Certainly warrants a test. if it’s completely unnecessary then I’ll just stop doing it 😃

This car is in the WTT on Tuesday, so if a sale does happen, this will be in 2 days time. No upgrades are needed on days 1-4 for most players, so start event anyway & if we do get a sale, see it as a bonus. I just finished stage 4 this morning, no upgrades & i am far from great.

Hello ME7 the weirdest thing happend last night!... I tried opening the game than a message popped up stating "Real Racing has failed to open .try again if the problem continues try to reinstall it.i than proceeded to reinstall the game but it still gives me the same message.wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.
No I don’t. In fact I don’t even own that car. I have so many Porsche‘s that I didn’t bother getting that one 😂. It wouldn’t surprise me as there are a lot of cars that can run endlessly at Silverstone.
How do you manage to skid straight? You skid in the same direction your car is pointed in. When I snap my device to skid the car skids in the direction of the snap and I go off track.
That will depend on the car and also speed. The Ferrari SF 90 doesn’t get extra grip with speed so it’s easy to slide it around when you’re going really fast. Also, I whip it very quickly. So I do a quick twitch to the right and then back again or to the left and then back again. I pitch the car sideways but then make my device straight so that the front wheels are still pointed straight while the back wheels are off to the side. If you try to do this in cars that have greater grip with speed it won’t work. You’ll just go into the wall like you said.
How did you unlock stage 7,I just finished stage 6 and it tells me that stage 7 will be enabled in a day but it looks like you’ve done it 2days before,how did you manage to do it this early???
It’s all about when you start the event. Because of my time zone the update arrived on September 12. That means I did stage one September 12 and stage 2 September 13 when everyone was just starting stage 1.
Playing the game for about 3 or 4 months now. 7-4 is absolute impossible for my skill level with 3333222, it's frustrating. Any tips for a bot like me?
Pretty much every tip I have is in the video. It is a difficult car to handle because it’s slippery. It’s impressive that you got this far with those upgrades after playing as little as your have. With Monza‘s long speed sections you really have to get to the gas early coming out of the corners. It might help to brake a little bit earlier so you can get back to the gas earlier.

There’s a timer on the event and you have to finish in time to get the rewards and the car. If you don’t finish in time they will still let you finish the event so you can get the VIP points but you won’t get the car. However it also might’ve been a glitch! That happened in a recent update where several people didn’t get the car. It’s always a good idea to submit a ticket.
Fully upgrading it costs a very huge amount of gold,i have almost upgraded fully,stage 7 of body costs 495 gold, and total cost is more than 1300 gold i am assuming

I won’t know that for sure until just a few days before the next update but… that’s normally what they do. They normally give an exclusive series for the most expensive new car.

@@ewerq5821 Time varies drastically depending on which race you’re running. If I’m in the MP4-X at Le Mans on 100% bonus Fame day with the Agent hired it only takes 90 minutes. But if I was running the four lap Le Mans race in the Ferrari F40 it would take 10 hours … and that’s a high-paying race. In other cars it would take days of nonstop racing.

Oh that’s so frustrating! That last turn often into needs me because I have ended up in the gravel so much!!

684,882 fame for every level up after level 1000. You get 100 gold each time but it takes a long time to earn it!
