Apophyllite is a favourite. The anglesite specimen is amazing. Thanks.
I’m sad that pastel purple was omitted but a good episode
Yeah I love pastel purple too
Like maybe charoite, or hmm do you remember more examples? Xd
@@Mariemalvine1201 lepidolite maybe
I think kunzite could have also been a good pastel purple gem to show
@@suzettehenderson9278 oh I wish they would do a whole segment on lepidolite!!! My all time favorite! So many amazing forms & sparkle!!!
Ok it isn't a gemstone to most people but can meet the definition a gemstone is a rock crystal or minerals that is cut and polished so it is a gemstone however the most wonderful pastels of purple and violet I love is custom mixes of purple gold. When you attempt to mix gold and aluminum this layer appears depending on the mix of little other elements it is 90% gold average and is brittle but makes amazing gems with doing the cuts on a turned off lap or wet sandpaper and it amazing in using for inlays. Also they are incorrect green Beryl can be the exact chemistry of emeralds but if it doesn't have the hue or saturation of color it is not a emerald it's green Beryl. This is the GIA GIE and AGI standard.
Looking delicious.
Really Jade tougher than diamond? I've been lied to? Are you sure?
You guys missed lavender 🤓💜🦄✨ love the larimer 🌁
As much as I love color (and I do love color), I just had an idea for an episode: clear gems!
Clear and sparkling, refracting sunlight, humans have been making beads for decorative and trading purposes for millennia, somehow goosing up a cloudy rock doesn't do it as a precious gem.
Larimar! I adore Larimar. It's such a gentle stone; loved learning about how it was name. I could gaze at the ocean-esque pictures in it all day. How about a video on unusual inclusions??? Idk... spitballing here. Anything you guys bring to the table always adds value to my budding gemmology and mineralogy knowledge!
I just want to smash my head on the keyboard in pure joy to express how I feel about all these specimens.
My feelings exactly!!
The montage of close ups and awesome music choice at the end had my heart racing!! It was glorious!! 🤩🤩🤩
Enjoyed this. I have some specimens that you showed, and it is always interesting to hear more about them. Colours are beautiful. Thank you!
Another fab video guys! These vids are seriously a highlight of my week, keep them coming!!! 💎✨💎✨💎✨💎
Seriously, I love you guys !❤. My favorite has always been Larimar. It has such a romantic story and blue is my fave color!!. 💙
It's calcite and sulphur time !
I would have liked to have seen more pink stones.
Hi a hew a stone. What's up, I have a stone but I don't know what it is, can you tell me what it is?
They made a video only about pink stones. Have you already seen it? 😍ruclips.net/video/EEpdeYfLG6c/видео.html
How about 10 of them?: ruclips.net/video/EEpdeYfLG6c/видео.html
Morganite is a good example
And for that matter bytrodial hemimorphite.
Those are all such fabulous pastel lovelies, it's ridiculous! Those are incredible! My favorite is the prehnite with the apophyllite. It's just a really nice specimen piece. But the pastels were just lovely and very spring! Thank you for sharing;
I LOVE PASTELS. LOVED ALL THE SPECIMENS. LOVED THE VIDEO. 💖 Next year you could also round up a bunch of egg shaped specimens too!
Great episode!! It was so fun to see them all together
Please do a future segment on lepidolite!! The roughs come in so many amazing forms and sparkle!!! As well as touch on the interesting lithium properties!!
I can taste everything.. 😮
Hey, the two of you missed brucite. OK maybe better shown as vivid yellow gems in a future episode.
What's up, I have a stone but I don't know what it is, can you tell me what it is?

Do Silver coins reviews. Start by the American Silver Eagle, followed by the Canadian Maple leaf silver coin. You can place those coins on the top of those rocks, and they will look very nice.🪙
There’s so many other pink stones! Morganite, anybody??
There are! But we gave Morganite the spotlight not too long ago: ruclips.net/video/ryUH-YlK7EQ/видео.html
Love these xx
I was hoping for hemimorphite but great video
I really want that big light green Beryl crystal, wuw for it
Make a vídeo of Sulfur Quartz .
Yay, I’ve been hoping for a pastels episode!! And it’s Rob and Brittney! So exciting.
I would love if you reviewed the weakest gems un the mohs scale(i KNOW you Alredy did a mohs scale video)but just focused ok the weakest gems
We'll give it some thought! In the meantime, you might enjoy our Fragile Gems episode: ruclips.net/video/SZZvtwUEPdU/видео.html
Mega Show 😊
Another great episode. You guys rock!
Would you please consider an unboxing of seraphinite and charoite
Vera Cruz amethyst coulda been the pastel purple. That or purpurite or charoite!
Lovely ! Can you please explain to me how to irradiate my rose quarts . I left it out in too much sun.
i love apophyllite... i have a beautiful piece of it on stilbite.
hi, is there any product that is not too heavy and homemade that can remove ink from dyed agates?
You didn't show any lavender stones.
9:27 this looks like lava or hellfire. Very cool
At one time stones were designated as precious or semi precious, now we have all sorts of colourful rocks being spoken of as 'gemstones.
So many youtubers cut and polish rocks, then speak of them as gems.
My understanding was that a precious stone was primarily carbon based with various minerals that give them a specific colour.
One of the first lessons taught in the Gem-A Foundation course is to eschew the precious/semi-precious terminology. If they had to be carbon-based as well, then we’re pretty much only talking about diamonds, right?
Gorgeous!
Hey i really like your videos, i want to do gemology in usa i am a Pakistani citizen
