hours , money and practitioners My sports therapist (one of many) recently mentioned he thinks my gait and alignment might be better corrected via biomechanics so here I am doing release work and correcting neurological or functional patterns
....been practicing keeping my foot in supination during phase 1 and 2....to try and strengthen the muscles on the bottom of my foot....started getting some plantar fasciitis so I came looking around for answers......no wonder I was getting pain..... Christ...should let it go into pronation at that time....
