Most new episode downloading is handled with the sabnzbd and sickbeard add-ons. A google search will explain how these are configured.

@bbaker1925 - My music videos are not scraped, only labeled. The videos are sorted by genre using the exact same directory structure outlined in the Milkman's guide (see video description for link), and set up as directory channels. Not sure about your repeating video - You could try right clicking (or "C" on a keyboard) in XBMC to bring up the context menu, select "Now Playing", and check the left menu to ensure that the Repeat Video option is set to "off".

For the past past year I have been trying to find someone on youtube with a proper video tutorial with no luck. I have also tried Milkman's Guide that with dumb luck I have been able to get 19 channels on there. So please, please could you make a video tutorial for the not so smart ones like myself that cannot figure how to set this up. I have figured everything else out and this is the only thing keeping me from an almost perfect XBMC. Thank you for any reply

The vast majority of my media is stored on my 14TB FreeNAS media server I built (see freenas.org) which is in a separate room downstairs and connected to my home network. Automatic downloading is handled by sabnzbd/sickbeard add-ons which run 24/7 on the FreeNAS box. When new episodes are uploaded, the system will search, download, label, and sort the episodes automatically, as well as replace the episodes when higher quality downloads (WEB-DLs, BluRay rips) become available.
