We've together watched this movie at least 200 times. It's an absolute family classic and the lines and jokes from this movie are repeated in the house or when practicing kung fu all the time. I can't tell you how many times I've heard "Look out for his drunken mantis kick!"

Why have you gotten rid of the dub version which had so much millions of views…. I often come back to rewatch it but no complaints with the original dub as well
This is one of my favourite Kung Fu movies starring Simon Yuen ( Sam the Seed ). I like everything about it: the stunts, the sound effects, and the English Subtitiles. Just an observation: it looks like there's quite a bit more fight footage than the English Dub has. I guess they figured an English - speaking audience wouldn't have the stamina to stay in their seats for that long ? - Or perhaps they felt a Western Audience wasn't as interested in fight scenes?
So wait a minute wait a minute, Foggy picked a fight with Rubber let's student just to learn more Drunk Fist on the spot???? What a crazy bastard!!! 🤣🤯😵💫
Dean Shek, listed here as Charlie Shek, is good in anything. Check him out in any of Sammo Hung's movies. He also worked very well with Karl Maka and the films they did together were also excellent.
I wonder that too. I've only ever seen him in Drunken Master, but then again I haven't seen many old Kung fu movies. But one would think that from the fame of Jackie's Drunken Master movie, that people would have mentioned this guy's movies too, especially since I'm seeing other familiar faces here, like Jackie's aunt and the wacky teacher
