    Thanks for the video, I’ve always been interested in grafting and you really did an amazing job giving a break down on how to effectively and efficiently graft. I will let you know how my first grafting turns out

    Very clear and helpful. We bought a plum tree 7 years ago and now it is a thriving thorny tree, giving no fruit or flowers. We will get cuttings and try your techniques. Thank you

    Much appreciated. You saved my day how to graft a branch onto another similar tree.
    My plum tree fell over and rumor has it the only variety of its kind growing on latitude north 60.
    Hopefully it will live on as grafted on a ancient variety and I will try recover thefalle tree too by raising it. All the best. Thank you so much. ❤ 🌳

      @@CherryFarmEurope thanks, yes the wild plums would grow crazy high. I will do the experiment also as I am on the sloppe and lots of whild plums, in this way I could graft also appricots and try to manage it in KGB to reduce height of the tree? I am a begginer so any suggestion is helpful. In case of very big cherry tree, is it posible to cut biger branches also in the time of fruiting if the choper based pruning paste is used on the wounds imidiately? I simply don't have time to do the whole tree. Pruning in time of blosoms is also not a good idea?

      I have about 1,500 cherry trees but due to poor knowledge and poor pruning and bad nutrition, the quality of the fruits has declined and its numbers have declined, the year before was terrible. Diseases, especially rootworms, dry many trees every year. of course, i've been battling diseases for three years

      I am from Iran and in our region the first Cherry of Iran is produced. We also have rice fields, and that's why we're struggling with very high humidity. Humidity is in harmony with diseases

      @@abbasrashvand7272 High humidity is a big problem for any plant in a dense planting. Try to plant at larger intervals so that there is more ventilation.

    gekke vraag:
    kun je ook een appel of fruitboom enten op een vreemde onderstam ??

    • @CherryFarmEurope
      @CherryFarmEurope  3 месяца назад +1

      Alles hangt af van het substraat en de variëteit, een appel kan bijvoorbeeld op een kersensubstraat worden geënt.

    I have large cracks in the trees and tunnels resulting from the stem burrower. I removed the insects from them. Is it useful for me to mix glue with sawdust, seal those pits, and then paint the trees with lime?

    • @CherryFarmEurope
      @CherryFarmEurope  Год назад

      I don't have such problems, but I would apply phytobalm or lime with copper for disinfection.
