I can’t get into my cra account because I don’t know my physical address and I’ve been locked out for a couple of years I need help
Since you've already been locked out, you need to call the CRA directly and ask how to get access again to your account. They will be able to help you with this. :)
And What if I apparently don't have this version of My account on my computer? i am a client Representative and represent 40 clients and have access to thier CRA my ACcount and cRa My business Accounts but I DO NOT SHOW A PROFILE page for anyone? I am trying to change one ofmy clients address? have searched the internet trying to find out wtf?

After step of Apply to Home Address its showing another step to fill in, which says or to select YES or NO to a question " The Climate Action incentive payment (CAIP) Rural Supplement. What does that mean, What do I select in here out of Yes or No..
This question is to determine whether or not you live outside the Census Metropolitan Areas (CMA) by province of residence. If you live outside the CMA's you would tick "Yes." If you don't, select "No" or do not tick the box. To find the CMA's try googling "Census Metropolitan Areas Statistics Canada."

Hi it won't let me press next everything is filled after postal code and I even put in unit number
Hi! Please double check that the address you are using and postal code are put in correctly. If you are using a PO BOX or a similar managed mailbox (like what is offered in UPS) or a virtual office address, it probably won't work. The CRA does not recognize a lot of these type of addresses. Thanks!
@@FixMyBooks address is 100% correct since postal code auto fills maybe it's a weekend error due to website issues

@@huiquansun4952 so it's cra I called I'm their website is overloaded by fire services and other strained networks. Even carb and cra agents can't do things. You can only call to change your address
