believe in yourself, spring is coming

I've been on this journey with self confidence and believing in myself and possibilities for myself for a while now. Normally I'm not a big "self help" reader, but what I like about the Mind Magic by james r doty, is that it is scientifically based and provides practices or exercises that help to narrow down the focus on what is really going on. I also have been going through it in a book club with other girls and it's been a really good uplift and support for positive change that was unexpected. We chat out what's holding us back, obstacles in the way and help and encourage each other. I highly recommend you finding others to go through these journey's with, because doing it alone can really feel isolating and lonely and almost impossible to stay committed to real impactful change, since it is such hard work! Anyway, I hope this helped and encourages you to keep trying and believing in yourself! Change those neurons! I believe in you.
