HUNDREDS OF HOUSES ABANDONED IN THIS PLACE | Castelo Branco Portugal

We arrive at the city of Castelo Branco located in the center-right of Portugal and also 40 minutes by car from the border with Spain and the closest city is Cáceres, a country that we will soon be there. We begin this tour along the main roads with a main city park
Then we continued walking along the main roads, we found the cobblestone streets with some engravings from the 25th century, the old streets and some stone houses that in the distance we could see the castle.
From that moment it started not even 5 minutes and I had already seen up to 10 houses, you abandon what caught my attention we continued getting to know and saw the Cargaleiro museum, a famous Portuguese artist and with a beautiful view the viewpoint and then you walked 20 minutes to reach the view of the castle, impressive with a view of the border with Spain from that viewpoint built in the 12th century
Then we found information about hundreds of abandoned houses and it is difficult to see why there are several entire blocks of abandoned houses and there is no answer, I searched on the internet and there is no answer and the locals do not say information either, it is very strange
