Wow, great question. If the ages were a bit younger (3 to 7 maybe) I would say Kings Dominion because their kids section is one of the best. For 6 and 10 years old, I have to go with Busch Gardens for two reasons. First , I know I was a coaster fan at 10 years old and can probably ride as slightly under an adult so that give them Loch Ness, Invadar, Verbolten, and probably Apollo to challenge them. Second, the theming in each section is so much better than Kings Dominion so for both of the children, there are enough flat rides to enjoy, but it also gives you shows, food, and even more games. Final verdict would be Busch Gardens.
Do you recall what day of the week you went to the park? Really like how it doesn't look crowded at all.
