I feel so much pain in my chest when I am perceiving that I am not accepted as a human being or when I’m perceiving that I’m disappointing the people I love. this situation is no longer my reality it came from my childhood when my mother feed me as an obligation rather than a child worthy of love. . its just memorized emotion that triggers the pain in those situations I mentioned above. I tapped with you and I know I will need a couple more and I feel better.
I am an author and I had someone named Hannah leave 1 star reviews on all my books. Literally review bombed on Goodreads. I was so upset and heartbroken because I helped her out with both books she wrote. I needed this bc she was the reason I got 3 panic attacks in one night
It's a good way to nurture ones self. Spend time in loving self. Light tapping feels like a nice self massage. Great stress release. Mindfulness. Thank you
Hi Melanie .. Thank you for this video. Some really painful emotions were triggered by an act that a loved one did and I felt as if an old wound was re-injured. A wave of anxiety, fear, panic went through me as I re-experienced all the feelings that I went through in the past. I didn’t sleep well at night and decided in the morning to tap. My tears were so deep. I definitely felt better but I know that I need to do this emotional work. Thank you and I’m grateful because I’m on my way to feeling so much better ❤️
I have just watched this video and done the tapping exercise. I have now subscribed and look forward to watching your other videos. I feel more optimistic after feeling very low and unwell. Thank you for being there x
I REALLY LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! ❤️❤️I’m REALLY searching for a tapping video for living with negative people. I have a chronic illness and at the moment I have been having a to live with my parents. And their house is like an amphitheater and they argue ALL the time and it just makes me sicker but I need to get better to be able to get out of the situation but I need to get out of this Situation to be able to get better! It’s a catch 22 but I am really really trying to find something that will help me deal with the situation while I’m in it...Which I hope in turn will help me get out of it. Any suggestions?
I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. Perhaps a white noise machine, chair yoga, qi gong, meditation, reading from your Bible (if you have one) praying to God (believer?), nice music in your room for sacred space, going outside for fresh air everyday (even in the rain and cold). Self care is super important. I'm a survivor of a few things myself...I know it's hard.. God bless you. ❤🙏😊
Set a clear intention on what you want your ideal life to look like - get it down on paper -with lots of detail. Then keep a look out for my Tapping for a Miraculous May video coming out next week
