This actually works like magic. I've always been taught to check kick, but I tried the Dutch block and I was amaze on how much force I was able to take by blocking like this. Firing off counters are also way easier

Fake switch kick right hand across the dome?

Could work. However, in my view it is dangerous to lower your guard like this to block with both hands. You opponent might just fake the body kick and go for a high kick with the other leg instead. At least that's what I would probably try after my opponent blocked my body kick like this two times.

The tip look like is for amateurs fighters because kick that high is less common there and thats is why the tip works

Well, could be. But you could also easily fake a body kick and go for a punch combination to the head, when you opponent drops the guard.
Well, there might be different views.
I've learned not to block with two hands like that and dropping your guard.
Nit sure why it should not be enough to block with your elbow while your glove still touches your chin on that side, while you still have the other hand up as a guard.
You could also use that free hand to counter the body kick at the same time you block it.

@@FRESHL1887 You actually can do a million things when somebody kicks you, the idea is just to try different types of defense because if you always do the same is probably that you are gonna lose all the time

Dutch blocking is extremely effective and has been used and is known by every kickboxer and Muay Thai fighter, blocking kicks with one arm does almost as much damage as not blocking at all, there’s a counter to every technique but it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t use them.
