Matt, you shouldn't supplement calcium. It doesn't get deposited in the correct places and can lead to calcification of the arteries. Need to get calcium through foods.
I’m surprised at how little you ate/eat, and actually quite shocked it’s not more nutrition/fibre/complex carbs based, but it’s obviously working. Great video 👍🏻👌🏻💪🏻
