    I'd like to suggest u to write the names u say (mainly the scientific names), because some people who watch your videos are not english language fluent, like me, and this would turn easier to search the plants or animals you talk about in our respective countries. Thank you for the great videos!

      Even as a native speaker I'd still like to see the scientific names.

    • @mikeytello2878
      @mikeytello2878 4 года назад +3

      The scientific names are mostly Latin names, I’m assuming that’s also not your first language

    • @peepslostsheep
      @peepslostsheep 4 года назад +17

      @@mikeytello2878 You don't have to be fluent in Latin, knowing the scientific name makes googling them a lot easier. The scientific name is the scientific name, regardless of language. Common name varies by language.

    I actually had the best carpet ever with wisteria in my 46gal bowfront. Once wisteria grows tall and bushy it will always send out new branches at the base. Those branches are forced to run along the substrate looking for light so it will root itself the whole way. Cut off the top of the plant and your left with a really fast growing carpet of wisteria...lol. Hey it works for me and my channel slogan is "Do what you do if it works for you"

    I have flame moss and it gets tall mine is about 3-4 inches tall. But it's very green and looks amazing. I have tried java moss but it died shortly after I got it. I do have a bit of it coming in the mail right now to try again. This will just be tucked behind a few things to give shrimp some hiding spots especially the baby shrimp I hoping to have soon. I am setting up a new tank I want a plant that will go well in my 1.5 g tank that I plan on putting shrimp in. I think I am putting some frogbit in there, I have red cobamaba in there right now. And a home made sponge Filter and a heater. Some rocks which I plan on moving around here soon. To make piles of rocks. Instead of a few walls. On the rocks I plan on adding moss to them. But what is a good carpeting plant that will stay short but cover the whole ground in the tank easily
