- What's up!! Back with another PAINT update video on the Nissan 350z HR! The team has been hard at work getting this thing ready for paint and it's coming along better than I could have imagined! We're also trying to decide on a color, so let me know in the comments what you think would look best!

I personally like the OEM blue on the 350z! Either way a fresh paint job with all the appropriate body work will make it stand out! Especially with the fresh headlights!
The more time that passes, the more the OEM blue is growing on me. There just isn't any good pictures online of the car with clean San Marino Blue paint. Definitely will be flooding the internet with SMB 350z pictures / cinematics once it's done haha appreciate your comment my friend :)

Next is repainting all the interior trim pieces that have chipped paint... Nissan used the the softest paint, haven't seen a 350z without the issue
Absolutely! After the paint job is complete, the interior will get an entire re-fresh! Because we're doing full carbon + touch screen/PC in the red 350z, the HR will be completely repainted and returned back to stock to preserve the original factory feel! Appreciate your comment my friend :)

Really appreciate you tuning in from Australia, Jesse! Hoping you find a HR soon as well. I actually installed the carbon two days ago!! Editing the video now and it's my next video I am posting on Friday! I will admit, the Evo-R kit fits JUST ALRIGHT. The top of the dash fits better then the shifter-surround. Needed much modification and still fits about 8/10. I'll go over the details in my video on Friday! Appreciate your comment my friend, and your patience :)
I like OEM wheels. My 2004 roadster has aftermarket wheels and I wish it had originals. My 2005 Anniversary has the stock wheels.
Might do a video restoring my OEM wheels showing step-by-step on how to do it! Doesn't seem too difficult and like you said, the OEM wheels look pretty good on this thing! Maybe you could pick up a cheap set that's been curbed and fix them up as well :) Appreciate your comment David!

Why not repair and repaint the wheels your self I did that for gf wheels and painted it gunmetal grey came out really good

My son’s 911 has a blue that changes colors in the light. Might be a way to go.

Yo quick question. Im getting offered a 2004 Nissan 350z Touring Coupe for 3,400 with 190,000 miles is it worth it or no
that's super overpriced and not worth it at all, if it's your first car get a honda or a toyota that's boring and cheap while you save up for a nicer 350 or 370.
I wouldn't even pay 2,000$ for what you commented, because that thing's probably on it's last leg and the repairs are gonna cost more than the car is worth in the next 5 years.

Having 2 Z’s is ridiculous. Just own the HR and get rid of the red one. It’s a waist of money. Or sell both Z’s for a 370z.
I agree, having two Z's is pretty ridiculous haha a cool type of ridiculous!! Definitely been thinking about letting one go to put towards a Nismo 350z. Would be a worthy investment I feel. Been kicking around getting a 370z too; so we'll see!! Really appreciate your comment Ronald!
