Try some Duramax marine “Johnson cutlass bearings”, I’m a machinist there and i guarantee we have the best bearings in the business, it’s one of the reasons why we have a market hold, also the bearings are brass, phenolic, fiberglass, or stainless not bronze

Excellent video. Water being used as a "lubricant" for these bearings, will this water not corrode the shaft as sea water has direct contact with journal (load taking area of bearing)? Thanks for your excellent work...
