Girl I absolutely love your energy! You are so beautiful, I wanted to say thank you for making these videos because I’m sure this is helping a lot of people! Wow this wig looks like your real hair!!
I bought my first wig a couple weeks ago.. silk top hand tied back, it’s too big but I’m determined to make it work..lol after washing it, and letting it mostly air dry then I used my blow dryer at the roots of the silk to redirect the way it falls.. so back away from my face and I set a new side part.. but it doesn’t fall into my face as much. I only used bumble and bumble heat protectant primer oil.. the parting and redirection is still set even though I keep boxed. Thank you 💕 sometimes I let my insecurities get to me, I check your insta and remind myself I’m not alone
Congrats on joining the WIGLIFE! :) 99% of the time when you first get a wig it's not perfect right away they all take a bit of work I think. thank you for the lovely comment!
I’m considering buying a topper very much like that piece (McKenna). I’m a complete novice and the option I’m looking at is a silk top with a lace front. Your video is great in explaining the silk top benefits and you touch on why a lace front with the silk top would be a bonus - keeping the hair back a bit. Any other pros/cons to this combo? Would you recommend silk top only for convenience and ease or is there no difference? My hair is thinning due to age but I still have considerable volume, just nowhere near my younger years, so looking for something that blends easily and is realistic.
Lace Front toppers are more work in my opinion I just posted a video of one btw, because unlike with a lacefront wig that can just be held in place, lace front toppers typically need to be glued down.
