This will be my final KyoAni fire related video. Thank you for these amazing 4 years of support as I covered this topic.
KyoAni is near and dear to my heart because my very first anime RUclips video was about the KyoAni incident. KyoAni One year later was my first RUclips vid that blew up. This is the final installment of that long 4+ year journey.
Without Kyoani, there is no Yiman. Thank you for your support these past 4 years. I hope to continue to cover much more in the anime and manga space. Here to new heights and until next time!

One day, Western countries will treat Asian countries with more dignity than just a content farm, and less of them will have to resort to using fire-unsafe buildings because there's simply not enough money circulating to properly renew their infrastucture.
Somebody, even shooting star upstarts like Kyoto Animation, will have to end up with the cheaper buildings like that one. That's just the money that's left, when you need 90 hours of content for ten bucks of streaming subscription in the market USA created.
A silver lining is the fact Japan doens't have the amount of guns, so they don't get anywhere near the 130 deaths by a million residents as USA has, despite people surviving fires. Plenty of civilians already survived carpet bombing the likes of Palestine today.

This was the extra shocking because people outside of Japan generally do not hear about serious crimes in Japan
they absolutely happen . molestation on trains and stalking cases because they don't have a good system to deal with abuse towards women.
which is also a massive problem in their Idol industry. There are some real horror stories when it comes to that. This girl that was assaulted and then she what's forced to make a public apology despite being a victim. Supposedly the men responsible for the assault were in the front row of the apology. And there are plenty of sad stories like this if you look around.
However .. an event like this is something that's just doesn't happen. I think they said the last time that something like this happened was some point in the 1900s.
Japan is a country that definitely has serious issues that they really need to improve.
But it's still one of the better countries in the world to live in.

A Doctor is not a judge, if there is someone resting before him who needs help, they should help them. Whatever came before or comes after, is not the Doctor's concern, for they have saved a life, and will save many more.
I don't think very many people would feel good, saving a killers life -- But a coward should not be given freedom from his crimes through death. He was healed, but the Doctor did not save him. His punishment, will forever be marked onto his body, and his freedom, shall be no more.
He should have to think of the victims every time he sees his own body -- And repent, for he cannot go back. If he is sorry, he will accept whatever comes his way.

NO LIE BRO. TO ME “THIS VIDEO SHOW THAT THERE SOME GOOD DOCTORS TRULY CARE”
1st WHEN I WAS IN 9th GRADE PLAYING 🏈FRESHMAN FOOTBALL🏈BACK IN HIGH SCHOOL. I HAD JAM FINGER (ON MY LEFT RING FINGER. IT TOOK FEW WEEKS TO GET HEALED. ALSO HAD AWESOME FOOTBALL SEASON FOR ME PLAYING DEFENSIVE END).
FEW YEARS LATER . I HAD BACK INJURY IN SENIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL.(IRONICALLY IT THE 2nd TIME I GOT HURT ON THE 3rd DAY OF PRACTICE FEW WEEKS BEFORE 🏈THE FOOTBALL SEASON STARTS🏈” 1st in 9th GRADE & 2nd in 12th GRADE) I WENT THE SAME HOSPITAL WHERE I 1st GOT HURT. WHEN THE DOCTOR TOLD ME HOWS MY FINGER. I REALIZE IT WAS THE SAME DOCTOR I HAD FOR MY JAM FINGER.(IT WAS 3 YEARS SINCE I LAST WENT TO THE HOSPITAL) HE HAD A LITTLE DIFFERENT HAIRSTYLES. BUT WHAT HE SAID “HOW’S MY FINGER” IT SHOW THAT DOCTORS REALLY DO CARE. (HE PROBABLY CHECKED MY INJURIES FILES. CAUSE I HAD TO COME THE NEXT DAY BUT STILL. TO ME IT SHOW GREAT CARING.)&(HAD A GREAT 🏈FOOTBALL SEASON IN MY SENIOR YEAR ONLY WON 3 GAMES BUT IT WAS 1st FULL SEASON AS STARTER, BEING TEAM CAPTAIN, WINNING MY LAST GAME IN HIGH SCHOOL & A GREAT SENIOR YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL. EVEN GRADUATED WITH A SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD. 🙏🏾TRULY A BLESSFUL SENIOR YEAR HIGH SCHOOL🙏🏾)
& THE 2nd IS WHEN I WAS VERY LITTLE. ALMOST VERY SIMILAR “DR TAKAHIRO EDA” A DOCTOR SAVED MY LIFE. THERE WAS SOMETHING INSIDE OF ME WHEN I WAS BORN. FOR FEW YEARS I SUFFERING IN AGONY FROM TIME & TIME, THE 1 TIME COULDN’T TAKE THE PAIN MY PARENTS TOOK TO FEW HOSPITALS SOME DOCTORS DIDN’T KNOW OR COULDN’T TELL WHAT HAPPENING TO ME BUT THE ONE DOCTOR CAME IN CLUTCH PEEP THE MAIN SORCE/MAIN ISSUES TO WHAT HAPPENING TO ME. OF MY PARENTS WERE WORRY & HOPING I COULD GET BETTER BECAUSE I’M THEIR 1st CHILD. PROBABLY FEW DAYS LATER & TO THIS DAY I’M PERFECTLY FINE/ALL BETTER.
HONESTLY I CAN’T REMEMBER BECAUSE(OF I WAS LITTLE). BUT MY TRUELY APPRECIATE THE DOCTOR THAT SAW THE MANY SORCE OF MY AGONY. CAUSE I NEVER WENT (NOT TO GO DARK) BUT ALL I COULD SAY IS THAT I PROBABLY WOULDN’T BE TODAY. IF IT WASN’T FOR PARENTS TAKING ME TO THE HOSPITAL & THE DOCTOR SAW THE CAUSE. HONESTLY I DON’T KNOW REALLY KNOW OR REMEMBER THE DOCTOR THAT SAVED MY LIFE(CAUSE I WAS VERY LITTLE) BUT MY PARENTS WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER APPRECIATE & THANK HIM FOR SAVING THEIR 1st CHILD/SAVING MY LIFE.

While not familiar, I believe the bills are thereabout...
Of course there will be government subsidies, but the bills of burden is about the same, presuming they don't have a full NHS styled system but a partial one where the Patient, Insurance, Government all have some shares in the final bills which would end up with a minimal amount of the total bill after subsidies.

Great story, but the medical cost number is unrealistic. The number you reference is the cost value of the medical treatments, the actual money that the family have to pay for the hospital will be much lower. Japan public health insurance cover at least 70% of all medical cost, with a monthly threshold for each household, if the bill exceed that threshold then the government will cover the rest. Medical treatments shouldn't be a burden at all.

Although several staff members did leave after the completion of Violet Evergarden: The Movie (which was completed after the arson attack). Still, KyoAni has continued to train new animators while maintaining their quality working conditions over quantity, continuing the legacy left behind by those killed and those who left KyoAni.
While the doctor didn’t save KyoAni’s legacy, his tireless work ensured the murderer would face justice.
