how do you do the cinematic shots where it looks like a camera's POV?

So, I activate cheats, disable enemy spawns and then use noclip. Preferably you should find a long hallway/tunnel for this to work. After recording the scenes. Find cinematic black bars that can hide the cheat menu. Make sure to turn off all weapons, hud and crosshair.
