@@JayDublowI'm expecting a much better performance from our Nationals in their next outing, Sada Williams shouldn't 'best' them over the 60m. As a matter of fact Natasha should be working intensely at her start this season.i read where fans were blaming shellyann's injury on the backstretch last yr but Natasha feet was burnt up by Tamari Davis from the blocks, I watched the contest several times.

Well, she obviously took some time to get ready for this race and tbh, i'm happy she's getting into her own. Tina is exceptional no doubt but over the years I think the confidence area has been a place where Tia seemed to struggle. She's doing what she needs to do and i'm happy for her. We had double Silver medals before, no reason not to have Jamaica tie for gold. Oh, and before I finish, this is probably one of the best success stories out of champs. These ladies have moved on nicely to the senior ranks.
It's not a success story yet bro but we all hope so...Best success story out of champs in recent times is clearly Antonio Watson.
What is this lotion story? Stop perpetuating negative gossip. You also seem to lack the knowledge on what a success story is; they are not yet successful when they have not made any impact on the world stage in the senior ranks. Give it time and see what happens before you talk about success story.

I was wondering if she is getting the tail end of the pro life, since she came in MVP last. I hope she makes getting into her races earlier a priority
We have to remember that these are still girls in a women sport and it will take time to develop. 2-4 years is the development process for strength and growth. Nutrition will play a big role in these girls development also. They will be hitting growth spurts and that's critical to overall body weight displacement. Too early in the season to dissect speed just have to look at technique phases and that's it.
