Just a massive emotional push to the very end. The corps just hauling towards the front of the field in the curvilinear company front, idk what it is but it fills me with emotions every time I watch it. I haven't had a DCI show hit me like this one in a long time.
Absolutely INSANE how clean those whole-ensemble attacks are. I genuinely have to struggle to find one black sheep in any of them. The only super noticeable one is the early synth in the very first one
In the encore the beginning wasn’t as good, and in the finals the trumpet soloist in the ballad kinda messed up. Both runs were simply incredible though.
Finally a championship show thats actually listenable. No cringe voice overs or wacky stuff just great music. Hopefully the rest of DCI is taking notes
That finale might be my favorite finale of all DCI. There’s just something about it. Incredible.

The finale didn't have a generic swell as the final note. It subverted expectations with the fakeout ending.
