I haven't seen adults dressed like that having that much fun... ever
jhgk
bruh ross
Ancient Ross comment ❤️
Hey Ross!
ross!!! let’s go!!
This is my second favorite gas, first one is Oxygen.
Omg not a single comment?
Fun fact: your body's favourite gas is carbon monoxide because it absorbs into your blood far more readily than oxygen. Unfortunately it is also quite deadly which goes to show that we sometimes don't know what's best for us 😕
I was thinking about my farts that's my fav ..🤣🤣jk
What about nitrous 😂
oxygen is over rated
they should have said, "I will achieve my full power on the altar of destruction bathing in the blood of the innocent' and then started cackling maniacally
OMG YES!!!
Just breathe this and then go talk casually to a stranger. He'll think he's going mad.
if you did it to me id be like bro wheres the sodium hexaflouride..... but ive been mad a long time now
Seeing a group of adults in suits having a great time, acting like kids, brings a smile to my face.
These days they still act like kids but they aren't laughing anymore.
i saw a few dresses but yah
I wonder how Tay Zonday would sound like if he inhaled this stuff.
I second this
What about Morgan Freeman? *LOL!*
Triple_Kings Oh god!
Stout Chimera Gaming xD
What about James Earl Jones?
Okay I understand people want Tay Zonday to try this stuff, but seriously this REALLY NEEDS TO HAPPEN! SOMEONE TWEET HIM OR SOMETHING I'M SO CURIOUS I CAN'T SLEEP NOT KNOWING WHETHER HIS VOICE CAN GO LOWER!!!!111
Did you ever get in touch with Tay? It's been 9 years. You need to get this done.

2:20 "Everybody take deep breaths in so you don't die" HAHAHHahaa... YOU SAID THIS SHIT WAS SAFE DAMN IT!
all these adults acting like giddy little children when some science is thrown their way
I'm disappointed that no one did the Kool-Aid Man's voice....
I imagine Louis Armstrong breathing this.
I love it when adults can have fun for a change
"dude you've got a dart stuck in your neck"
It has awesome scientific properties, such as floating objects and stopping tazers from working.
But the coolest part is that it makes your voice sound funny.
We need to get Morgan to do this...
Omg yaas
YES!
He's inhaled helium on tonight with jimmy fallon
***** yea
Or James Earl Jones
The first thing I would say is "THIS IS SPARTAAAAA!"
"WHIP CREAM POURS LIKE WATERFALLSSSSS"
I wonder how vin diesel would sound if he inhaled this 😂
😂😂😂😂
Vin diesel don’t want it 😂😂😂😂
"breathe it out, so you don't die"
Talk like the allstate guy "are you in good hands?"
Can you imagine how deep Dennis Haysbert's voice would be? Hahahahahaha
And not one person thought to say.... Luke...I am you father.
"WHIPPED CREAM POURS LIKE WATERFALLS"!!!!!!!
you can hear giants having fun 🤣
haha i love how the mic drops out due to the much lower frequencies.
1st Fast and furious Vin Diesel when he tells Paul "move your car"!!!😂
this is the most excitement theyve ever had in their adult lives
Helium: Alvin and the chimpunks
Sulfur hexaflouride: Darth Vader
Heliums brother
"So here's a taser" everyone backs away..lol
I'd be singing, "You're a Mean One, Mr. grinch"!
I love how at first they were edgy about it and then when Steve said alright lets do it again they all went in for it.
*Breathe out so you don’t die.* 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Just so everybody knows... Try not to inhale too much because sulfur hexaflouride is toxic. You will also notice that your voice will stay deep for a long time with just one inhalation. The reason is that it is 6 times denser than air, making it sink to the bottom of your lungs. Just exhale until there is no more air in your lungs and you will be back to normal!
Its not toxic.
Dude I thought that one guy looked like Kelsey Grammar.
Did you know that Darth Vader didnt say "Luke, I am your father?" He actually said "No. I am your father." :)
science guy that was awsome man
This was awesome.
Ashu sir sent me here
lol same
where did he get the sulfur Hexafluoride
My video quality was poor in the beginning, thought the guy in the middle was Kelsey Grammer and was pretty excited to see how deep his voice would go
What do they mean "it feels pretty good"?
If morgan freeman tried to speak with this the universe would implode
LOL
I wonder how James Earl Jones or Michael Clarke Duncan would sound like if they inhaled that stuff XD
really cool. makes you wonder if there are other gasses that are also inert and that you can breathe to make your voice deeper.
In the decade following this comment, a video was produced by Cody's Lab in which he enhales perfluorobutane, which as you said, is another non toxic heavy gas.
Hey everyone, let's breathe this gas!!!
Imagine a church choir on this
2:19 Now, breath out so you dont die? 😅😅😅
2:03
uHUUUH HUUUUH
this gas has the same effects as laughing gas getting high on tv love it
Sulfur Hexafluoride vs Helium
@cloakofclouds He's not wrong. Weight is basically a measure of the force of gravity, and it positively correlates with density. If something is more dense, it will be heavier than something of the same volume in relation to the Earth (or other body with significant gravity). Sure density is constant, and may be more precise, but using weight to describe it is definitely not wrong.
Wow the guy who runs their mixing board is terrible at his job.
These people single handedly caused global warming releasing that much SF6
Whenever doing this, someone always need to yell: "Get to da choppa! NAO!" or "Put dat cookie daun, NAO!"
Is there a gas with more density than water?
Hah they're like the goa'uld from stargate!
i love humans.
"Hi there sexy"
I saw the bald-headed guy in the middle and got excited, because I thought there was a chance it was Kelsey Grammar---who I'd really like to hear after he'd inhaled some sodium hexafluoride.
"Yeahyeah breathe in like this... then breathe out so you don't die."
!!!
wow you could say 'sexy' 13 years ago, and no one got offended
2:12 - 2:14 - "Luke, i am your father!"
I thought that was frasier
I have a really deep voice and I remember I did a fog horn once for fun, I scared myself.
Can I get some sulfur hexa fluoride to float myself in?
I so want to make a message to my answering machine with voice like that! Too bad i don't use an answering machine...
Where can I get my hand son this stuff?
DEMON PIZZA!
opposite helium... wat happens if u breath in both at the same time????
Just asking, ain't SF6 a poisonous gas?
I wanna see the part were he uses the pitcher to fill the aluminium boat and it sinks, without ever being about to see anything go into it.
does iggy get high on this gas every time she sings?
wow
People who get the great idea of inhaling Sulfur Hexafluoride to get that deep funny voice, be careful with it... specially when giving it to your kids. The gas is much, much heavier than air and you won't be able to get it all out of your lungs unless you stand on your hands head down. I'm not trolling, I'm saying this cause some people might get hurt if they don't do their research properly. :)
The turbulence experienced by elements of fluid in your lungs mixes gas of variable density and the heavy gas would be expelled by entrainment :) I'm studying chem eng and this is how we ensure effective mixing of emulsions consisting of different density liquids and design 2 phase reactors
It's actually been proven safer to inhale than helium.
100% correct!
think of the things morgan freemen can do with this
Joke's on them, the're sniffing farts
That's dangerous.
I want some....
Fun fact every person in the video is now dead
Wow that fact was fun thanks!
It's totally inert and nontoxic. You breathe in deep afterwards and breathe out to remove it from your lungs. If you breathe it too much, you do not risk poisoning, you risk asphyxiation. Meaning, your lungs will be full of something that isn't oxygen, which will of course prevent you from getting the oxygen you need. The same is true of helium.
its all ogre now..
you know their xmas party is 1000% off the chain.
West coast news anchors..
I learned about sulfur hexafluoride back when TechTV was still around on cable television. Wicked stuff!
Yeah it's all fun and giggles but the important thing that he forgets to mention is that, unless you don't stand upside down for a few seconds, the gas will remain in your lungs forever do to it being heavier then air so it will never come out the normal way AND you lungs will take less oxiden in..
I think that all you really need to do it take a few fast deep breaths of air to swirl the gas around in your lungs, and it will expel the heavier than air gas as long as you exhale fast as well with little to no delay between inhale and exhale. The less gas there is, the easier it is to get it moving around on a fast inhale.
Point is while you are correct in initial logic, standing on your head is not the only solution.
2:18 "Breathe out so you don't die"...yeah totally safe :)
That's BS. You don't have to stand upside down and it doesn't stay in your lungs forever, Einstein.
dennis nguyen ya...how was no-one alarmed by that, they all took in stride lol
Lol you're fucking stupid
They look like they’re having so much fun
Imagine how michael clarke duncan would have sound on this stuff. :D
You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch...
Jimmy Fallon brought me here.
The RUclips search thing brought me here.
You cannot exhale till there is no more air in your lungs. There is about 1.5L over when you "think" you exhaled everything.
So fake, you can totally see the strings
2:18 now breathe out so you don't die!
What a bunch of weirdos.
I call it having fun :3
David Smith I call it tuesday, get a couple engineer friends with too much free time and every nerdy dream you've ever had shall manifest.
@AgentPurplePB SF6 is 6x worse than CO2 so it is a bigger problem with greenhouse gases co2 and co
Where can I get this gas outside of a lab?
you can get it from SigmaAldrich, AlfaAesar, Acros etc.. be careful..
Give this to james earl jones
Darn you, Steve.. it's midnight and I need sleep but I can't stop watching your videos!
You'd have to compress it until it becomes a solid, and not a gas - so .. no.
Did you know that the entire planet of Saturn could float on our seas?
Watching and listening to people interacting with each other is more relevant that someone interacting with you.
the gas will stay in your lungs and choke you if you dont know what your doing .
