- In this video vertical fin type solar air heater was numerically solved using Ansys flunet software. This training video tutorial was made by engineering students during their training program. Some assumptions were made for this video tutorial like mesh quality was not so good, boundary conditions.

Thank you sir, great video!

@@CFDExpertall the best 👍
i need to circulate the water, i mean the outlet to be connected to inlet.
Do you have any toturial on that?
Or how to do it
@@anaswajeeh9214 Thanks for the suggestion definitely we will forward this query to our team
hi can you please tell me that when you're giving named sections for inlet and outlet, are the inlet and outlet face closed?
Sir it was a great video. Could you please provide the geometrical file because you directly imported the geometry in design modeler
Rahul its a simple geometry please try to make it yourself.
Make a separate video..where you validate it with the experimental results
Sure we will take this into account
Hi, great video. I've got some question. As i read in fluent manual that semi-transparent wall is possible only with Discrete Ordinates (DO) radiation model. How does it work for you with Rosseland radiation model?
sir it can work. The results obtained were validated with the experimental results
why convection is taken in thermal condition for wooden box (Boundary conditions)?
Yes I do have same question
your video was so much helpful. can u explain the mesh extent that u have set in radiation model.
please tell us in detail what problem you are facing
@@CFDExpert RTDM model do not work hanging model or slide mesh
can you help me how can i solve it?
@@zigaleadmass593 Please elaborate your problem or send us the problem on our email
Is there the CAD model for this? and can we do this as a minor project? Can you suggest what can we add on this to make a report? Thanks
hi,great video, when i calculate nusselt number it always equal zero also (h&Q) total heat flux equal zero i enter the boundry condition as u
no sir it is not possible.please check your boundary conditions
@@CFDExpert i make boundary condition as u. the heat flux on boundary condition equal zero so when i calculate Q from report- surface integral its equal zero. i dont know why dont add the radiation heat flux on the absorber to total Q
@@mohamedabdo-fs9og sir you need to follow one thing either give heat flux or on the radiation model.
What is the system requirement to use ansys fluent
Pls reply ...you have created aborber plate first and then you have use bollean operation and subtract that plate is it wright?
ya sir it is correct. If you are having any doubt please contact us.
@@CFDExpert if we preserve our tool body i.e absorber plate ...then it right or wrong because then we would get two regions.
@@pranaykothari571 it would be right. but you need to interface the mesh and define a solid region for the plate
hi there
do you perhaps have the same video with a sound where you explain. for an Ansys new user(armature) it is difficult to follow cause some of the visuals are not clear. i am working on a similar project of an air cooled solar panel heat transfer
many thanks
Dear currently we are not having any video which has sound in it. But any help you needed we can help you
Hello my bro
Please can you help me to make validation solar cooling.
Thanks
Yes sir please share your problem in details. We will forward it to our team. They will look int o it and let you know

Sir in the boundary condition when I select the absorber plate and then my radition part is not showing anything... Some error message is seen i.e. current page is not available... Plss help
Would you please upload the video again?
Dear its already uploaded. What problem you are facing in the current video. Will you please elobrate
is the geometrical model imported hollow or filled? thnks
it is fluid domain and filled
Can you please upload the atrium video again
I realize it is kinda off topic but does anyone know of a good website to stream new series online ?
Sir in the boundary condition when I select the absorber plate and then my radition part is not showing anything... Some error message is seen i.e. current page is not available... Plss help
Please on the radiation model with solar calculator
@@CFDExpert sir if absorber plate have no fins then the boundary conditions you selected will be change Or not
@@sauravuniyal2976 the boundary conditions will remains the same. Fin is a geometrical parameter not a process parameter.
Could you please upload a link for the solid model of the fin...
will you please elaborate your problem
Why my geometry is not open
haw do you calculate the Nusselt number in this cas
Calculated through calculation from formulas
@@CFDExpert haw do you it ,?
i am facing problem in making the fin of this cad model ,can u please guide me
please elaborate your problem
sir could you please upload the cad file
sir can you upload your solid geometry file to server and send the link of it .... Please..???
like solidworks
which file do you want
Why my geometry is not opening in setup
please check the file format
@@CFDExpert I have uploaded assembly so when I meshed the file ...it is not seen in setup as my mesh is not updating successfully
@@pranaykothari571 no need of assembly geometry. try to make cut in the geometry.
@@CFDExpert sir please guide me about this...if any video is there
