Defernitely different training sessions. Bodybuilding gymer is more about mind mucle connection (this is what JK tries to teach them to feel the mucle) and heavy weight training (better to build mucle). Fighter training, on the other hand, is about explosive movement and stamina endurance (high reps, high intensity). Different sports, different way to train XD.

I'm glad someone knows how to do it properly. Most people will use machines wrong and then be disappointed their results are bad. I am no body builder but listening to the right people helped me lose 40 pounds in 6 weeks ( I did a heavy calorie deficit plan) AND gain a bunch of muscle. Of course all that went away because I bounced back from losing weight too quickly. It's also good to not hurt yourself, unless you like missing workouts because your arm hurts for days.
