    Some Hanoi ‘s street food quite good tasty got a lot flavour
    I went there 30 years ago l ate streets food mostly
    At that time there were very few restaurants

    Cha ca is also originated from Hanoi. It’s my
    favorite Vietnamese food
    I am surprised you like shrimp paste ( mam tom ). Most of western don’t like this sauce because it smells pretty bad.

    Train Street Coffee is a very interesting and beautiful place , you can try ( Phùng Hưng , Hoàn Kiếm )

      Howdy. Yes, I liked it. He told me that at that particular restaurant they put sugar in it and that other restaurants don't. I wonder if that had anything to do with it?

      @@silas-brown It's true that's why Vietnamese sauces used alot of suger to balance the saltiness, plus with your sauce the pepper(ot) and lemon tone it down so it would not be so pungent. I love this dish, but hubby doesn't cuz he hates dill, which is the main veggie in this dish.

      Yes true, there was a ton of dill in this dish. I found the complex flavours to be very satisfying 👍

    There is another Hanoi specialty sand worms 🪱 it is very good and tasty it is a must try in Hanoi🍻🍻👍👍 also you should try a traditional dish call bún đậu mắm tôm One of my favorite dish. Also another Hanoi favorite Bò nhúng Dấm ( bò chiên bơ).
