Living in New Zealand we've never even seen SEASON 1 only thank fully our you tube snippets it took me awhile to piece it together. The saddest part for me is the conclusion. If it's at all possible a Season 2 would be welcome with open arms and Sidney Parker with Charlotte married with a house full of kids yippee...Thank you Ana

I was absolutely heartbroken at the ending of Sanditon. I felt as if I was in shock. We all know Jane Austen would’ve had Charlotte and Sidney married to each other.. They have to have their happy ending together, and Lady Susan could help.
Jane Austen wrote about her World we get to see it through her eyes feel it though her Writing . She takes us along to experience a life different from our own . Bring back Sanditson it deserves a proper Austen ending. I’m waiting to for a sentence only half said , the missing chapters.
Jane Austin WOULD demand a Season 2! When has she ever left a story unfinished with an abrupt end? This is an outrage and an insult to a master storyteller! Please fix this!
There should not have been a necessity for a season two. Davies and his script writers made a mess of the ending. They could have added two more episodes and had the ending that Jane Austen would have given it. True Austen followers do not want any other ending, so unless that is how it will be, don’t bother! It was a beautiful series, just as Austen would have written, until the end. She would never have given it such an ending. So if Davies et al cannot be true to her novel, leave it alone so that we, her devoted followers can imagine the ending, as in all her novels.
