CIECO E APPENDICE - SEMEIOTICA E ANATOMIA PALPATORIA

In questo video ti parlerò della Semeiotica e dell'Anatomia Palpatoria del Cieco e dell'Appendice. Imparerai a trovare e valutare, attraverso i giusti punti repere, la loro forma, il loro volume, i loro mezzi di fissità, i vasi e i nervi che li circondano, i rapporti che intercorrono con altri organi e con le strutture muscolo-scheletriche.
Grazie a queste informazioni avrai sempre una marcia in più rispetto agli altri e potrai fidarti delle tue mani, durante la visita clinica del paziente affetto da disturbi del sistema digerente.
Vedrai eseguiti i test di semeiotica classica, come la palpazione del punto di Morris, di McBurney e di Lanz. Il segno di Blumberg, il segno dello Psoas, il segno dell'Otturatore Interno, il test di Rovsing.
Parleremo dei test di mobilità del cieco, del suo rapporto con il muscolo ileo-psoas e quindi con le problematiche dell'anca. Importante anche la non rarissima relazione fra appendice e ovaio destro nella donna.
Tutto questo ti sarà molto utile per la diagnosi differenziale di molte affezioni come l'appendicite acuta, la colite, il colon irritabile, il gonfiore addominale e la stipsi.

In this video I will tall you about Semeiotics and Palpatory Anatomy of the Cecum and the Appendix. You will learn how to find and evaluate, through the right landmarks, their shape, their volume, their means of fixity, the vessels and nerves that surround them, the relationships with other organs and with the musculoskeletal structures.
Thanks to this information you will always have an edge on the others and you can trust in your hands during the clinical examination of the patient suffering from digestive system disorders.
You will see classical semeiotics tests performed, such as Morris', McBurney's and Lanz's point palpation. The Blumberg sign, the Psoas sign, the Rovsing test.
We will talk about the mobility tests of the cecum, its relationship with the ileo-psoas muscle and therefore with the problems of the hip. Also important is the not very rare relationship between the appendix and the right ovary in women.
These information will be very useful for the differential diagnosis of many conditions such as acute appendicitis, colitis, irritable bowel, abdominal bloating and constipation.
