In today’s episode we have the pleasure to interview Nick Bostrom, author of “Deep Utopia” and many others.
Nick is a swedish-born philosopher with a background in theoretical physics, computational neuroscience, logic, and artificial intelligence, along with philosophy. He is known for his work on existential risk, the anthropic principle, human enhancement ethics, whole brain emulation, superintelligence risks, and has written over 200 publications!
He is also a professor and researcher at Oxford University, and one of the most-cited philosophers in the world, and has been referred to as “the Swedish superbrain”
    .
In this episode, you’ll learn about some of the dangers and benefits of A.I., what a world with all of our problems solved could like, what it would be like in a world with no scarcity, why labor may be unnecessary in the future, what meaning and purpose are today and what they could look like in the future, about the role of spirituality in a world of super intelligence, and much more.
Needless to say this was a fascinating conversation that I think you’ll really enjoy!
We hope enjoy this incredible conversation with Nick Bostrom
