Air India : Chennai to Colombo | Airbus A321 (ECONOMY)

With Expectations set high, and I was expecting to have a great experience with Air India once more. Unfortunately, this flight back to Colombo, Sri Lanka with India's Flag Carrier, was undoubtedly a glaring contrast to the first impression made on my previous flight just a couple of days prior.
Was dissatisfied with the Mediocre Services and Terrible Inflight Catering, as well as the Crew who were hardly seen throughout the flight.
What Air India lacks in consistency
Will I fly them again?
A BIG YES!
