1989 Hoover Elite 350

This was a trash find a while ago, recently tore the whole thing apart and cleaned it all out, greased the motor bearings too. It currently has a hepa bag in it too. I like this a lot, cleans good.

Those Elites are such great cleaners, and I like the Elite 350 since it has a lower amperage motor (that runs quieter than the later 7-amp motors) and lacks on board attachments (which honestly makes it more maneuverable). I have this model mysel along with a blue version, and they're both fantastic cleaners.

These older elites did came with an optional attachment set but they’re a little different than the later models. The tools came with a pan style converter that you attach on the bottom plate just like the later convertibles, decades, and concepts too. I heard the tool suction for the early elites are not the best they’re only good for carpet and rug cleaning. The elite II and legacy series were the first Hoover uprights to have on board tools and the tool suction is a little better than the early ones.
