Problem is , it`s really REALLY rng to get that 10% extra atb - and you need super specific comp for it to work also - it`s a welcomed buff, but it needs a bit more - a speed awakening would make him really great , since resistance lead is kinda counter intuitive on how his passive works lul

I agree, ive been testing him since and the resist is so bad that it barely get atk bar boost but Even if he did that 10% max is nothing.
