As well as your calming voice and tapping & scratching which is so relaxing I get completely absorbed in what you're looking at and talking about. It helps me shut out my current anxieties, I literally don't think of anything else, which is rare as negative thoughts creep in so easily as we all know. Thank you Villa ❤
