CAN I AIR FRY THESE?
With the element so close to the food I’m not sure if the almond flour would burn before they could cook. If you lower the heat to say 350 instead of 400 I think they would work in there

This is the actual post with all the directions. To address your questions, sticking is difficult but a while ago I learned that using something like a thin layer, I repeat thin layer of mayo will help the almond flour stick much better. The issue is almond flour lacks gluten so this causes issues but the mayo really makes a difference and you do not taste it. Make sure it's a thin layer because mayo can add a bunch of calories, plus it could make a mess if it's too much there.
