You're right. Although I think I have a theory about that. This was the first game narration he did for Thomas & Friends, so he may not have been used to the way it was recorded compared to the tv show... a completely new experience for him. Also, when getting the cutscenes files for this game and Trouble on the Tracks, this game has them stored completely differently. Each line that Michael Angelis has is recorded separately and I had to manually include them onto the video , which just normally had the train sound effects and theme tune playing in the background. Whereas Trouble on the Tracks has all of Michael's narration already embedded within these video files itself, so I think by the time they got to this game the developers also had more experience on how to record it better.
