Mum called the bride a diva but it seems like she is pulling the diva moves.

She ended up not wearing the dress she chose and wore a mermaid dress instead, so mum won out in the end!

I think the choker would have looked better if the ribbon had been a bit more narrow and the heart less bold. It was the first thing to catch the eye.

Thank goodness the bride had gumption and decided she would get the gown of her dreams no matter what anyone says, it was just sweeter for the bride to have mum's approval. The bride would've looked stunning in anything.

Getting children married is a duty.Her parents probably paid for her dress to. If parents don't want to do the bare minimum for their children, they can choose not t have kids or not be in their lives.

on another episode of "This isn't your gotdang wedding..." Like, regardless if mom "came around", she should be supportive of her daughter's choices because it's not HER wedding, it's her daughters. Personally, I think a lot of these mothers and other female members of the entourage who are like "I'll be devastated if she doesn't choose the dress I like!" were not given a choice in their picking of their own dress and are projecting badly OR are just selfish and ignorant people.

The mother's lip fillers are awful. I'm all for mothers having taste or just wanting to see their princess in a certain gown in the change room. But there's a line between having fun and being pushy. I like the fabric on the top of the first one but they didn't transition it into the skirt properly so it looks like a separate overlay. I like the belt. It makes it more formal. The second one is gorgeous and I like the diamond in the fabric. But I'm with the bride. Mermaids constrict your movement a lot and it doesn't suit her theme. I don't like the illusion on the third one. It looks cheap and added on. The choker made it much better because you weren't looking at it.

I understand that a lot of the times mom's pay, but give a price range and let the bride pick what they want. It's not your wedding... It's about your child. So let them pick what makes them happy. Of course give your opinion, but let them pick what they want. ITS NOT YOUR WEDDING! I don't understand what some of them don't get about that.
