Absolutely loved it, I learnt this style on my own a while ago but saw a lot of new tricks here. By the way when I do a video for my client, he gets me through several revisions. I add or remove whatever he requests and he still complains. Any tips you'd like to spare for a poor fellow ?
Difficult, some clients are just really bad with that. That being sad a lot of times the issue is the editor not setting proper boundaries. I always state at the beginning of the collaboration that I have 2 revision rounds included, after that I charge an extra hourly fee. If I get a lot of feedback, I remind them that they have 2 rounds and it's better for both parties to cluster the feedback since otherwise I have to start charging. It comes down to good communication which a lot of editors lack, more on this in my Pro community :)
@@TomsProject It was one of my first clients so I didn't set any boundaries because of excitement and happiness, I was thinking of setting limits with him which I am going to, after this one video. I'm really happy to attain your help in this scenario. Will definitely work on my communication skills further more. Thanks a lot and will definitely consider joining the pro community when i get a little more consistent income and comfort : )
@@777sumitx You mean these motivational clips ? I'd recommend taking a character (let's just take Khabib for example) find an interview where he's giving a motivational speech (that's the base, you can use whatever speech ofc) and just find popular moments and clips of him. Search things like : Best knockouts of khabib Khabib's training sessions etc This is just the process of finding the assets that I use. Ofcourse there are other ways but that's how it is. I know that's not a keyword really but a process but it's worth it.
Sir, I am your big fan. I always learn from your channel. Also, I am a learner editor. Please sir try to make a playlist or free course-type videos about short-form content.
Well, most of the footage is just old and blurry hahahah. Like for example that footage of Usain Bolt is 20 years old. But of course you can make it more vintage by adding: film grain, bloom, a tiny bit of blur and a cinematic lut
I can but especially for just the basic captions I would just use premiere. Easier with timing and sound. If you want to integrate more advanced effects then of course go for after effects.
@@TomsProject You're right! I guess i was speaking from experience because as I see it, I analyze and then think to myself how i'd do it in after effects. So i usually understand how he does it. But he def has some more advanced things. Very visually and auditorily satisfying. Btw I'll like to request a Gawx video lol.
I went to the drive assets link you didn't share but there are no assets for this video. Can you update this video to the drive? I really want to follow this video.
It's because there's no assets really. Like you can download the Usain Bolt video's yourself from RUclips. I did create some custom presets which cost me quite some time to make which is why I posted those in the Pro community.
It's been a long time since I had a crack. To be honest if you can afford to buy a Mac, you should check out an adobe subscription. If it's too expensive you can actually use a VPN to change your location, or use an edu mail :) For me it's also worth it to always have the newest features.
Yeah it's a bit unfortunate, I saw it when I published the video but didn't want to re-upload. Anyway, the only thing I did in there was really basic stuff like changing the font, font size and color.
tom is best but tom have you seen most of the editors makes before after edits in insta and how to be creative i am tired a can not boost my skills up please help tom make full tutorial for editors it is been more than 1 year still i see myself as a beginner plz help me out of the situation i am so tired
I feel like before & afters can still work. But include some personallity in it. Like add a voice over, can even do this with AI. With the steps you took to create it. Show some behind the scenes. And there's so many other ways. I just announced a personal branding module in my pro community :)
I created a Premiere Pro preset pack for this. You can get it when you join: www.skool.com/social-creator-club

Thanks bro!
Great information
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for the vid once again. But all of their b-roll has this old, vintage, blurry feeling. How should we replicate that?

Amazing video thank you 💪🏻 could you make it again using after effects?
I can but especially for just the basic captions I would just use premiere. Easier with timing and sound. If you want to integrate more advanced effects then of course go for after effects.
can you make a tutorial for the thumbnail. it's awesome btw
My thumbnail designer made it!
@@TomsProject That's really good you should do a video with him as these thumbnails are getting viral these days
😁
yessir ❤
Thanksss
Lmao i just followed him on insta the other day. He has a pretty easy, simple, but clean style
That’s funny! Some video’s are quite advanced! But his creativity is crazy, like that’s how he stands out.

Hi Tom, any idea how and where does bymaximise finds the video (interviews, documentaries, etc...) he uses in his own videos ?
Getyarn, playphrase or archive.org! Of course I never know 100% sure.
It's not maximise edit, it's how he tell a story.😊
100%, just knowing which font or animation he uses wont make a maximise video.
Finally yesssssss ❤❤😂😂😂😂
Hahahah finallyyyyy
main challenge is to find the music that this guy uses
bgm is making these videos cool and appealing
Most of them are trending instagram music that you can just download.
idk why i find myself 2x faster in ae
Me too, lol.
Hahahah, yeah with some things after effects is just way quicker.
Yeah, once I learned after effects, I never wanted to edit back on premiere pro !
I even make thumbnail or design on after effects 😅
@@MZaman.Editori also edit thumbnail on ae people don't want to believe 😅
Can you also make a tutorial on viral editing, like storytelling asthetic videos
Do you have an example? Like this was already a bit like that right?
Please do “rob the bank” style animations. 🙏
Great suggestion! Will put it on the list.
What is rob the bank style? Can you share any video?
I looked it up, it’s a youtube channel. But not that famous so not sure if it will be anytime soon

Brother, please share more trending edits on Premiere pro.
I will! Any suggestions?
Bro please do arsacre5 style reel edits.
Will put it on the list!
lol you tryna kill the man? XD
after effect
how do you suggest spliting premier and after effects how is your workflow
Basic editing, audio and captions in premiere. More advanced animations in after effects. Some of these video’s you can get away with just premiere!
we need tutorials premier pro please 🙏❤️❤️
Of course! Any specific things you’d like to see?
how to find the clips like bymaximise
There's a couple sites, just search movie clips search engine
Bro, I request you make series of Ali abdaal shorts in Premiere Pro
Good idea!
Which version do you use bro please tell me
Premiere pro 2025 beta :)
is there any way to shorten the editing process with AI?
Not yet. I still have to see a caption tool that does this style

Do Tomsproject style 😂❤
Hahahaha
Hey Tom, do you know how to make transcribing work on crack version on Mac, cuz it doesn't work idk why

do you think I will be able to edit like this in davinci
Yes, absolutely
Please recreate the @patticus style
Let's go, great suggestion.
