What a great result, very much enjoy watching your house builds Brian. Especially as you're working on site but still fond time to give us all that are planning on building here a great insight into how it all works. The attention to detail is high and I appreciate the fact that you tell your team to go back and do it again if needed which will always make the client happy. The house looks clean, light and modern and if it was mine I would be well chuffed. I will definitely be in contact in the future.
Like the concept of the internal sliding doors Bryan. Gives much more space to the rooms and look great at the same time. Nice job mate looking good as a finished article. Bushyboy Oz.
Yeah Mate, I'm just finishing refurbing a 100 ton low loader which I hope to bum around the mainland next year inbetween being in Thailand. I'm now waiting on my elite visa which should arrive later this week and then I will be coming back over to Thailand. My video didn't get that many views, so I havent bothered making anymore yet @@BryansThailand
I used to drive a 12 car computer loaded transporter plus many others low loaders you name , I’ve driven it over the 46 years I had my class one , everything except a petrol tanker 🚀🏴👍👍👌
Very nice! Hey, have you ever seen flies coming up through a toilet after it is sealed to the floor? Our builders seemed to place the toilet over the hole with grout and not using any kind of plastic or rubber seal.
Depends on how much rust has been affected, but if only a little, then you can spray it with bonding waterproofing, then it's ok without any problems it will not rust . Hope this helps you, thanks for watching buddy 😀
Looks really lovely that huge kitchen....I 've been trying to buy a set of stepladders but everyone seems to only sell ones that are really steep .The front and back legs are too close together.Whats that all about?
I’m with you 25 or even 35. It’s a long run and being a westerners house I’d be thinking the AC will be getting a workout. The 16mm is standard here in Australia and it’s good for 80 amps. With the right insulation it’s good for 100amps
You can slow it down in youtube. If you miss anything it's 45 minutes long already I'm trying not to bore viewers with long videos lol 😅 thanks for watching
Fabulous job again Brian , done to your exacting standards . I hope the new owners are very happy there 👍👍🇹🇭🙏🙏
Extremely happy mate, it was a emotional time for them when we did the the hand over 👌👍🙏🙏😊🇹🇭

Amazing 🇹🇭 really good standard of work. I’m not far from khon kaen, started repairing a knock down house. Loving it 🏴
The place looks great, a top quality job right there. I’m not so sure about directly burying the cables in the ground without using conduits.
Another great house build. Always quality. 👏🏻👏🏻
cheers buddy much appreciated
Thanks for Sharing !!

I've never seen anything like that. Did you use a proper septic tank or did they use concrete rings directly beneath the toilet?
Very nice build. May I know the price for a build like this
@@foodsgonewild7435 hi no problem aprox 4.2 million baht
Great stuff, all your builds look good.... we live in Khon Kaen and will be looking to build in mid/late 2024....what's the best way to contact you?
Hi David thanks for watching mate. You can contact me via email in the description under this video mate. Look forward to hearing from you 👍🙏🙏
which electrcial pannels for main breaks do you like ? sqaure D brand?
Ias long as it has a RCBO at 63amp is good I normally use Safe-T-Cut as my main brand here in thailand. Thanks for watching buddy much appreciated 🙏
Very nice home. I have seen many builds in Thailand, and a lot of the mesh is all rusted, does that effect anything, like strength later on ?

You would have been better going for the 25mm stuff.(hold that thought, you did say copper,so probably ok)
