Our camp is designed for all student leaders (or aspiring leaders!) in your band program - Drum Majors, Section Leaders, Colorguard Captains, etc. - with curriculum tracks that focus on the unique challenges and skills required for these different roles.
Experience a full week of leadership development that includes understanding your leadership role, conducting, peer leadership experiences (it takes practice!), teaching techniques, marching and drill concepts, and how to plan and execute all of it to make a difference in your band program. This is training that will make a difference in your leadership journey and in your life!
