I Love how agile Coach Aijt is when it comes to just meeting a person right where they are at! That the understanding that there's more than business to do, but the real innermost part of the soul must be healthy too. Very practical and I have heard great take aways to present to the client as related to my self.. I totally forgot this one thing that Coach reminded of, when there's mental chatted SPEAK OUT LOUD.. I learned that in church... When you're having mental talk that's not fitting to who you are ,talk out loud and your brain stops the chatting. Due to the fact that is processing and Intakes what is being said outloud... Thank you so much for this Coach... I appreciate this video so much! I see my loop, well one of them lol... LOVE, LIGHT BLESSINGS UNTO YOU AND MINDVALLEY. AND MS.ROLLA...
I love these coaching videos, so helpful!! There were many insights, but the biggest one for me is always : "Our Mind makes a great job in keeping us safe. But, do we want to be safe or do we want to grow?" 💖
That was a really good coaching conversation. Very helpful and fits perfectly in my life now (doing the MV quest "Calling in The One"). Release expectations, enjoy the process and just see if we can evolve together. Showing our vulnerability, our authenticity. Thanks Ajit, thanks Roula.
Woa! What a conversation! My biggest inside is that "you do not feel confident, you are confident"! Thank you Coach Ajit and team!! Great work! All of these videos are diamonds to watch!
I loved the number of conscious break throughs in this session. Where there are expectations and perfection measurements there is higher degree of disappointments. But as a perfectionist the juice is being right and the reward is perfection… or is it as you concluded with the expansion in unconscious behaviour creating the imperfect action. 🥰 longing for the juice of perfection! Gentle conscious unconditional love for self and others… and if we vibe let’s hang together a little longer and see how we can impact the world towards peace ☮️.
An excellent coaching conversation. It came just in time now that I am on the edge of a spiral. It is a turning point. eureka moments. What if I'm just going to see how we vibrate? Remove expectations of yourself and others. Get out of the block. when I detected that I turn on the TV for example and get another reward. Thanks. infinite dynamic blessings
That was absolutely refreshing and uplifting. Your coaching style makes it so relatable for the audience. As a coach, I have learnt so much from this amazing conversation. You're a superb coach Ajit. Well done.
Answering the thumbnail question before listening to the episode: I am looking for specific people, with specific skills. Obviously, that isn't so efficient. Luckily, I don't apply performance criteria to this area of life. Now, on to the episode!✌️
Everything around 22:50 and further is solid gold, solid gold! As a coach I would steer the conversation completely different and don't think I would make such a-ha and deep moment there. Amazing. ... I spoke to soon 36:00 +- also gold. Jeez, Ajit, I wish you were my mentor, I would progress so much faster. Great stuff!
I have never been disappointed watching your videos, the conversation was awesome and i can relate with a lot of things shared. The breakthroughs are great! Thank you
Very interesting...an expansion of the cranium.. :) however, has many enlightening aspects.. in which I will take the knowledge, apply it, and see how it will Manifest different results! Thank you so much for this video!
I really love to see Ajit in "action". This was also great coaching session. But, I think at one point, talking about even not having kids, how this is not a big deal. I felt it was a bit too harsh. I think even Ajit realized just few moments after it, when he proposed, that you can adopt kids or there are some other ways... Just this I think it was a bit not in contact, everything else was great. I am sorry Ajit, I am really a beginner in coaching, but I had to say what I felt. Thank you!
We are all human and even master coaches can make mistakes! Watching others coach and identifying what you like or don't like is a great way to learn and refine your own skills and style. Not everything works for everyone. Thanks for sharing ❤❤❤
@@mindvalleycoach Yes, I understand that. That was not criticism, just comment with good intention to understand. And of course it was also question to you, if you agree with me or I was just seing differently. Thank you for your precious work.
@@46kolma Yes, of course, we didn't interpret it as criticism, we all have different interpretations of the same situation based on our life experiences and that's what makes us so great and unique ❤ There is no right or wrong way to see it (so there is no right or wrong answer). What matters is how you process it and what you take from it. ❤
There were so many lightbulb moments while watching this video! As a coach I feel so empowered in helping out my clients with their relationship challenges! Thank you so much Ajit! Keep posting such valuable gems! Love from India ❤
This was really good. The part about reviewing what role expectations play in our minds was phenomenal. It was very awakening. We always focus so much on our needs and finding someone who meets our expectations, but realizing taht expectations and needs change as we change, menas that's not a good benchmark. PLus, expectations can be so limiting. wt if soemone is more rewarding thatn your expectations but different? u may b disregarding someone who is potentially better than u ever anticipated. So, best not to base love on expectations. Also, I was thinking that when we look to find a match of ourselves someone who is similar is a mistake. After all, do we want someone who has our same faults? They may have all these good qualities that we see in ourselves, but it may mean that they have all the same issues too.
This was brilliant timing how this popped up for me. I seriously thought it was myself being interviewed 😂.. Just so resonated with me and it has made me stop and look at relationships and what I'm looking for as experiences rather than expectations.. So grateful for this... 🙏Thank you
It was wonderful, enriching and empowering. We know our weaknesses but shy away from acknowledging. This video actually is an eye-opener to take pride in who you are.
Super insightful for my own emotional intelligence! Emotional vs Rational thinking is likely the strongest point for me because shamefully I am the Sabotage queen of my self and situations that are just budding. Fear sitting knocked me into reality as well... The fear is so real and when said out loud seems so stupid of me .
Great insights! We all have fears, it's what we do about them that makes all the difference. Maybe you can find this video useful for that: ruclips.net/video/ifSVPZbmv78/видео.html. Thanks for sharing :)
@@mindvalleycoach thank you I agree. I put that into action immediately and I will certainly continue to as it made me braver for some reason! It’s made me even more self aware and for that and to you I am thankful!
