Needs some updating. A little pricey.
It's a lovely house but I can see it does need a little tlc...I don't know the area so I don't know if that's a fair price.
It's a quiet and peaceful community. Very Close to the town centre, hospital, restaurants, schools, attractions etc

Who said it has no running water? Many people have additional water storage should, for any reason, the main supply is interrupted. That's a good thing!
