In Avid you don't need to match frame to find clip in bin, while you are in the sequence, hold Alt + find bin and the desired clip will be shown in the bin.
Hey I didn't know that. I'll check to see if it works on Option + Find bin for Mac Users. Thanks for that. That is super helpful.
