If you want to spawn kitsune island, just go to danger level 6 during full moon or be in danger level 6 until full moon. You gotta be facing to the sunset and no, you dont need to be in level 6 before full moon, just face where the sun sets and whrn you get to level 6 it will spawn 100% guaranteed That way I grinded kitsune island and spawned it like 7 times
