I don't understand why some people are complaining. I can do sheetrock , walls and ceilings...takes the lowest of carpentry skills. Anyone who can do the basics can turn this house around. It's a steal. If I was ready to move to Costa Rica, I'd snatch it up. A few pouches of flower seeds would work wonders for the property. I'm glad tho....you guys stay spoiled so properties like these stay on the market for people like me! 😂

I thought the same at first, then looked up the going rate for Lots in this neighborhood and the starting price for Lots is at 100,000. It must be the paved roads, sidewalks, upkeep of the other lots that make it the price it is.
