While I would always consult with a medical professional, the Cloudsurfer might be a good match for you. A lot of cushions, but special insoles should help to mitigate overpronation. Great question, and thanks for stopping by!
Hi, which one would you recommend for Gym work out (lifting weights not too heavy) + high intensity workout such as calisthenics + treadmill running + lifestyle wear? I have to choose one between Cloud X4 z5 vs Cloudpulse vs Cloudnova X? Thanks.
Cloud Nova X is definitely for the gym. It's got cushion but not a running Shoe. The Cloudswift is a fantastic running shoe but might be too "soft" for the gym. If you aren't lifting weights, the Cloudswift might work, but maybe do both? It's what I do.
Thanks for stopping by! The Cloudnova X is actually a new arrival for On. They are expanding the Cloudnova lineup with the Cloudnova S, Cloudnova Form 2, and Cloudnova X. I tested these in Nashville, and they were very comfortable.
The Cloudnova X is great as a shoe for the gym. If you want extra cushioning, go for the Cloudstratus, but I have been in Nashville for a conference using the Cloudnova X. I have been walking and on my feet 12-hour days, and they have performed well.
@ Didn't you say in the review that this shoe is a "lifestyle" shoe and not for 12 hour day activities? You have to make up your mind whether or not it is an all-rounder or just "go to the supermarket" shoe.
@@3ildcardRespectfully, I don't see your point. On is known for running shoes. This isn't a running shoe, and I am careful to make that distinction. The Cloudnova X has more cushioning and performed better than I expected. I am stating my experience not resetting the expectation for what the shoe should used for.
What do you recommend best On shoe for overpronation and planter facsiities?

Oh this is a great question! I have not tested the Cloudpuls yet. I would lead toward the Cloudnova X as it's more of a hybrid.
Thanks man. Cheers!
Cloudnova X or Cloudtilt ?
For comfort, Cloudtilt all day long.
What’s you recommend better cloudnova x or cloudswift 3/3ad for gym and running?

Are the Cloudnova X's being discontinued?
