Oh my goodness, thank you so much for this! I’ve been clinging to this idea that other people can guide me and give advice….I’ve known that’s not true for a while but it came to a head last week in an extremely traumatising way last week. I’d been on a path that was making me anxious, being drawn further toward conventionality i.e. taking a low paid job which would have left me stuck in an area that doesn’t inspire me. I live in an objectively pretty area but the energy here is so wrong for me. Hard to explain to the average person isn’t it?! The trauma of last week of the only family member I have in this area, yelling at me like a lunatic because I asked his advice about something has caused a shift. I’ve gone back to my plan to buy a van and travel and the anxiety and that constricted feeling mentioned in the video has gone. Just got to focus on keeping my energy positive now rather than being constantly up and down ❤

Thank you! ❤ They both don’t ever bring it up at all and are very neutral about it when we do talk about it, thank goodness 🥰
