Waking up my Venus flytraps from their winter slumber. Getting them cleaned up and ready for summer.

I winterize my Venus flytraps every year. Today I took out the plants from my basement, and got them ready for the summer. After a quick cleanup they should be good to go. I am by no means an expert, but I have had these for 7 years. They are fascinating plants, and relatively easy to care for in my opinion. If someone out there is more experienced and would like to share, please do. Any tips would be appreciated by me, and would hopefully help others. I bought these at Walgreens originally. Shot from my phone so the quality is poor.

Am fully aware this was two years ago but, I've read they grow traps that are much much bigger on desalinated or well washed coco coir and silica sand. Here's the proof.. www.cpukforum.com/forum/index.php?/topic/42650-sphagnum-peat-moss-and-coir-mediums-compared/
