I love this shape combined with the hexagons. And, I love trying to figure out what the final product will look like. One quick question: it looked you sewed the hexagons right side down toward the backing. But, in the next shot, the sheet of hexagons is face up. Did you just sew the hexagons together, but not to the backing? Maybe it's a trick of the light? I want to make a bag similar to this one quite soon, though not as skillfully as you made yours!
