It's called a lightboard. You probably noticed that EVERYTHING was reversed. He is most likely right-handed, but appears to use his left hand to write, his wristwatch is on his opposite hand, most likely the left hand, and he was careful not to draw any images directly between himself and the camera. The US Navy traditionally used lightboards in a Combat Information Center, but the crewmembers were trained to write everything backwards so it could be read forwards by the people on the opposite side of the lightboard. ruclips.net/video/wCOuu0-o5YI/видео.html
Why do they call them a "stack"? Seems like a stupid name for a bunch of software tools and applications? A stack is memory used by an executing application for temporary local storage of a stack frame, local variables etc... at least that's what I'd considered a stack to be for the past 40 years. Guess I learned something.
