હજી વડોદરા ગેંગરેપના આરોપીઓને સજા નથી મળી ત્યાં સુરતમાં પણ આવી ઘટના બની છે. સુરતના માંગરોળના બોરસરા ગામની સીમમાં એક સગીરા સાથે દુષ્કર્મની ઘટના બની છે. સૂત્રો પાસેથી મળતી માહિતી પ્રમાણે, રાતના સમયે સગીરા તેના એક મિત્ર જોડે ઊભી હતી તે દરમિયાન અજાણ્યા ત્રણ ઈસમો આવ્યા અને યુવકને માર મારી ભગાડી દીધો હતો. જે બાદ સગીરાને નજીકમાં અવાવરુ જગ્યાએ લઈ જઈને દુષ્કર્મ આચર્યું છે.
