The oil separator actually came with the harvest right machine, the one they offer now looks more like a britta water pitcher. This one is basically 3 canisters. The top one has a hole in the bottom that has a fitting connecting it to the lids of the bottom two jars, one fitting inside the other. Then there is a little jar with no bottom that holds the filter, which I think is a standard coffee filter and fits inside the larger bottom jar.
